Put the .ptf files to your PSP's theme directory "X:/PSP/THEME/".
Some of the files are in .7z/.zip format (Those have extra wallpapers inside). Extract them using any unarchiving program (e.g. 7-Zip, WinRAR, WinZip) of your choice. Put the images inside the "Alternative Wallpapers" folder to "X:/PSP/PHOTO/" or "X:/PICTURE/" (X: = Your PSP's drive letter).
Please let me know if there are any broken/missing links/images!
FYI, some of the themes are suggestive, and could be NSFW.

You can use themadump (coded by me and my friend PonpiK) to dump your current PSP theme.
You can use wallpaper_dumper (coded by krazynez) to dump your current PSP wallpaper.
These programs are signed, meaning that you can use them on both modded and non-modded PSPs.
